Depending on the type of sign you require we can offer single double sided boards or twin boards stuck together with a gap in the middle for your post to go, or V boards for large commercial let signs.

At Vivid Signs we can supply your For Sale and To Let estate agent boards in single colour to full colour to suit your budget using polypropylene (fluted corrugated plastic boards) that can be recycled to help the environment. From standard rectangular shape boards to elaborate shape cut boards we can design and produce our estate agent boards and commercial let boards in-house for a quick turnaround.

Types of standard layouts for commercial let signs and estate agent boards from standard landscape or portrait layouts:

• T boards are made from two sheets of fluted corrugated plastic (otherwise known as Corex) between 4mm and 5mm; these boards are welded together down the sides to leave a void in the centre where the post goes between.
• Flag Boards are single sheets of fluted corrugated plastic (Corex) from 6mm upwards which have been printed on each side.
• V Boards are commonly used for commercial let signs and are constructed out of generally 6mm fluted plastic (Corex) with a timber frame to give structural rigidity needed for the increased size.

The estate agent sign board must not exceed 0.5 square metres in area, or a total of 0.6 square metres for two joined boards.

The size of sign boards for industrial or Commercial to let signs must not exceed 2 square metres in area, or 2.3 square metres, if two joined boards.
